Generators and fuel

I have a 10000 watt gen in my utility shed for back up power. The exhaust is run outside and I have a small fan blowing on the gen to keep it cool. I was surprised how hot it would get in my shed ,12X10ft, in a little of no time. I would like to be able to keep the doors and windows shut so as not to bother the neighbors so my question is how hot is to hot to let the gen get up to before I should worry? OK one more question- does anyone know of a way to fuel a gen when it is running without blowing up my shed? I would like to be able to do this so I don't have to shut everything off in the house everytime it needs fuel? It is a gas gen.
