My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The paint is from Benjamin Moore and it's called barren plain.

      Hi all,

      The wall colour is Barren Plain (211-60) the trim is Decorator's White (CC20), the door is Twilight Zone (2127-10) all from Benjamin Moore. The flooring is from Vintage Prefinished Hardwood Flooring in Toronto. Here is a link to the shades. We picked the one closest to an "espresso" colour, White Oak in Baroque. http://www.vintageflooring.com/ENG/flooring/

      The walls throughout the house are Barren Plain. We added a Kendall Charcoal ceiling detail in the dining room. The kitchen cabinetry was painted a custom colour (darker than Barren Plain).
