Try ordering them through a Stihl dealer or try Eba. I should prolly get my mitts on a points set for my 041 Farmboss. When my oiler died , I revived it by making a pin cut from an 8d nail. IIRC, the 041 pump is driven off the clutch some how.

The oiler in the 011 is operated by the pressure in the case. You can remove the oiler by removing the bar, you can see it I believe it is held in by 2 screws, you can pull it out it should have a filter on it. If it is like mine it may be deteriorated and it probably sucked dirt into it. You can try flushing the pump out with carb cleaner, I had to replace it.
