Will storing a pressure washer in a unheated shed during the winter damage the pump if the water is drained an pump saver is used? I am in the market for a new pressure washer and unit I am considering stated that the the power washer should be stored in a frost-free area. This is a Homelite/Ryoi branded washer with a Robins-Subaru engine and AR pump I believe. The user manual for the machine recommends pump saver, but not as an alternative to unheated storage.
