I have a MTD 5 horse briggs , runs great but the larger pully seems to lock up. I thought it might had been the belt so i bought a new one and it still locks up. I can put it in reverse and it unlocks and I can till again for a few minutes then it locks back up again...can someone tell me what this means ?
