How did you install/support the floating glass vanity counter top?

My husband ordered one which is similar from DreamLine. Dang, it's heavy, so I can't get under it to see what all's packed in the shipping box. I think the web site offers info and diagrams if you want to research. When my GC installs it I will post again.

So, my GC unpacked the vanity today, and here is the challenge: It comes with mounting brackets and whatever, but where those brackers need to be installed is exactly where hard pipe runs in the walls. He is figuring out how to re-route pipe, which is no easy task, because we don't want the vanity to be installed off center on the bathroom wall. To avoid this you would pretty much have to open the sheet rock to discover what you're dealing with with your exisring plumbing and see the vanity in person to take measurements for installation.

If you look on either end under the counter you will see the supports. We had steel brackets mounted into the wall prior to the drywall installation and the glass literally just sits on top of the brackets. The glass is bead blasted ( actually blasted with walnut shells for a course texture) underneath for texture but smooth glass on top. Thanks for the question (and the stunning comment!).

At what height is the glass mounted?
