If I am understanding your challenge right, you would need to add base cabinetry to the rear wall at 36" height. The sink is plumbed for the center back wall for your sink hook-up. Add a beverage refrigerator to the right side if your are facing the back wall. This will allow for you to open the door without hitting the wall. Add upper cabinets for bar glasses and lacquer/wine. The dilemma is that the depth of the back base cabinet must be 24" and then you must add a counter that has to add anther inch overhang at a minimum. You need an allowance of 36" from the back wet bar to a front counter seating area. This would only allow you 6" remaining for a front bar. That can't possibly happen. My recommendation is to add a Pub Style table scaled down to 24 or no more than 36" diameter floating in front of the wet bar. I am assuming that the double doors are a closet. If this is the case, then pull the Pub table back far enough from the clost doors to allow access. That should work for you. Hope the info helps you out.
