Use a quality 2 stroke oil such as Husqvarna's mixed at 50:1. Richer does not mean better, in fact it can do more harm than good. The engine will run poorly because the unburned oil will coke up the cylinder, piston and the catalytic converter in the muffler. The engine will actually get less fuel.
Leave the catalytic converter alone.
