Spark, fuel and compression are what's needed to start. Try a few drops of mix directly into the carb throat to see if it fires. I suspect it's still the fuel that's off, maybe a leak in the line or primer bulb.

Cleaned, taken apart and resealed what?

How old/ how many hours on the thing?

HOw do you know you get fuel into the engine? Try like what Weed Cutter said. Maybe some starting fluid if you have it.

I take that you close the choke to try starting it. If you have reasonable compression, spark and prove you have fuel into the cylinder( I still question this), you should at least make some noise.

When you prime the bulb, you see gas cycling?

If gas is going through the carb into the engine, then remove the spark plug, close the choke and pull a few times, you should smell gas.

Try these and write back.

I know my FS45 is fickle on start up. Just the right prime, choke, number of pulls, etc. Once it starts it runs fine. I know this is a stupid question, but are you "flooding " it? It is easy to do on my FS45. I have had mine for a few years now, and it still runs fine.
