My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Can't give you an opinion on the Stihl unit but I've got the Echo PAS-265 which is the same power head/multiple attachment concept as the Stihl. The downside to one of these is that if something happens to the powerhead you don't have anything to run any of the attachments (i.e. no trimmer, no edger, etc). Not trying to steer you in any direction & I know Stihl is a very respected brand, but the reason I chose the Echo was for the 5 yr homeowner warranty compared to the 2 yr warranty that Stihl offers....
