After much deliberation I bought a John Deere X324 with a blower and mower deck . I also purchased the only weather inclosure available from John Deere.

It was poorly designed and the plastic so wrinkled it was hard to see through .

The dealer also thought it was poor and we looked for an alternative . I had the dealer pick up the enclosure , but when they talked John Deere they said they

would not accept a return without the original packaging . I am now out $451

and have a piece of crap that the dealer and John Deere will not credit me for !

Is this the customer service I can expect from John Deere ?
