Here's the plan-can it work?

I am looking to build about a 12 X 20 foot GH that I want to use all year. Deciding between polycarb and insulated 2-pane glass. Main concerns are light levels and insulation. I figure with gas heat and automatic vents with fans I can keep it warm enough in winter and cool enough in summer. Here's what I want, temperature-wise:

Winter - Highs mid 60s (will keep soil warmer on many plants to keep roots over 70), lows in upper 40s but on very cold nights, I might let the GH drop to 40 inside to save a couple bucks

Summer - would like to try to keep it no hotter inside than South Florida is outdoors in summer.

Our average temps:

January - high 32F low 18F, max 60F or so, min about -8F on average

July - high 84F low 63F, max about 95 (rarely 100), min 50
