I have a montgomery ward tiller with a briggs 5hp engine model # 100202-0145. Its hard problems starting, and I had a question if anyone honestly know. is that when i pull the carb out (which i put a new diaphram, etc) and cleaned out all the tubes is theres a spiral metal piece in the end that connects to the engine. 1, is it suppose to really be in there, and 2 which way does it fit in. that is the center piece . it looks like it was turned or something. if it does go in there, does the piece turn (where the center it vertical or horizontal) any help is appreciated. thanks
