If you believe the playdoh is non-toxic, then break it into small pieces and throw it in. It should decompose given the right conditions in your pile. The worst that could happen is that you would find some playdoh stones in your finished compost. Bill Hill

Hasbro says "it is primarily a mixture of water, salt and flour." If your compost microbes have peanut or milk alergies, good news then, it does not contain either of those products.

They say their recipe is propriatary but Play-Doh does not require a MSDS sheet, so no Haz_Mat precautions required.

I guess if it is safe for small children to play with and eat when Mon and Dad aren't looking, it's safe to let the microbes have a turn.
