Pressure Washer

I have a Craftsman 4.5hp, 1800PSI high pressure washer model 580.761800. My problem is when the trigger is released on the gun the motor stops. As long as water is being discharged it works fine. Have to hold the trigger on to start the engine.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?
