The tiller would leak less than 2 quarts, that is all it holds. If you have reached clean soil don't worry about it. Just don't tell the goobermint, here they would cordon off your property, call in hazmat and ministry of environment, conduct an environmental impact assessment and dig a hole big enough to bury a bus.

unless you have a potable well nearby, i would not worry. even then i would not worry about the amount a tiller could lose.

Yeah rcmoser, I sure do miss how Cleveland, Pittsburgh, and the rest of the rust belt looked in the 70's. Rivers should be allowed to burn occasionally. It's a great and efficient way to get rid of all the trash that used to get dumped into the rivers. I wish we had to ban factories from working two weeks before the Olympics so that the air could go from brown to blue, like the Beijing had to do. Love Canal was NY's problem not ours.

Just a different view. I don't always agree with the environmental rules, regulations and groups. But I certainly can tell a difference from 30 years ago.

But, you would think the could of done the job they were created to do. I don't know where you work but there are millions unemployed cause of their insame rules. Sooner or later it will effect us all. I will agree they had a small part in the rivers cleanup ect.... but pesonnal law suits probably fixed it quicker IMO>>>>>
