Hi all,
Have read in depth the post (and fix) for this issue on a Karcher, but before I start to dismantle anything, can anyone verify for me where the 'unloader' is located on my pump? The guy at Lowe's described (over phone) 'E' on Page 5 of the diagram in link below (forum won't accept pdf file)... it's brass.
Also, at one brief point, there was water coming out of the nipple of a black cap attached to a short threaded pipe on the lower back of the pump (not shown in diagram); it doesn't do that any more. Have used pump saver/cleaner and run two tanks of water/vinegar mixture (2:1); still not adequate pressure.
I'm in So. Florida, so no freeze issues. Very low hours & usage. Hose was run 1 min. before hooking up. It ran full pressure for a bit and then lost it. Guessing something in there is clogged up and/or stuck. Any thoughts appreciated.
