My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    It's a Minka Lavery 6 Light Ball Pendant 1744-206 It may be discontinued but if you look around on Google you can still find it for sale

      I know where to get this light fixture, if you're still interested. This is MLPendant Fixture (model 27130).
      I bought this one for my entryway (loved it at first sight!) in Home Depot, in Canada, $189.99. Also, you can order it online.
      When you google it, it gives you all information. Hope, it helps.

      Indeed, it's a Minka Lavery product (ML Pendant), same that I mentioned (though mine is smaller and it's just 3 light model). Sorry, I didn't notice that it's only available in store in Canada. But I'm so glad you found it!!!
