pressure washer

I need to buy a pressure washer but it is for cleaning a very small deck area a few times a year (we live in the middle of NYC so it gets grimy), outdoor wood furniture and some concrete pavers (the pavers never look really bad so it wouldn't be a really thorough cleaning), maybe our grill or other sort of dirty things. Would a cheap electric one do the job? I am not looking for perfection and don't feel like figuring out a really strong tool. (Cedar deck, btw) Any other tips for keeping the deck clean? Right now the routine is scrub with a broom and soap and rinse with the hose (which has no pressure)
