Could be a simple tuning issue or prefilter (screen) dirt prior to the inlet needlevalve . Secondary concern since the problem seems moree prevelant once warmed up is that the coil could be breaking down .

i have a stihl ms 360 pro, it has multiple problems. 1. it is hard to start. 2. and just wont start with the chain break on. 3. it will only run for a short time at full throttle, then dies. 4.when it does run it is rough. 5. gets hot fast. i have pulled it apart & used a compressor to blow the crud off it. pulled off the carb filter and cleaned & blew it out. replaced spark plug. adjusted . has clean new gas mix. sprocket has been cleaned, & bearing has been cleaned & repacked. can anybody help me?

The first guy needs to just slap on an electronic coil and do away with his "points", any used coil from an old 029/MS290 will do.

The next saw needs someone to go through the fuel system correctly.....
