Cratsman Garage Door won't clear codes

I just bought a house which had a Craftsman 1/2 HP GDO 139.53681B and they gave me only one remote. I tried to program other remotes (139.53681B) but they didnt programed, so I tried to clear the codes(thinking about the 2 technoligies) by pressing the learn button on the opener for 6+ seconds, the light goes of but the Im still able to open with the working remote.
