My valve box is located at the low point of my yard and is always flooded with water. The box is a couple of feet from my fence and my neighbor has allowed me to tie in to their drainage system that takes the water to the curb.

-Would this overwhelm their system?

-Do I remove the box and cut a hole for the pipe or can you purchase one with a hole already provided?
