Garden System for Creative Minds - Help Requested

I have a pretty large sprinkler system, one zone of which is dedicted to the garden, via 8 valve risers with female hose-bib connections and individual valve controls.

My wife is doing a series of 16 raised beds, and I'm looking for good ways to water all of them off of those 8 risers that won't cost a million dollars.

I had considered fan-sprays (inexpensive type) connected to small hoses, 1 for each 2 beds.

Also, pvc grids as well, with holes drilled (I think there is a similar thread going on that.

Also, perhaps soaker hoses.

Budget is limited, and lots of individual stuff to water. Each bed will have a variety of planting material, from roots to corn, etc.

Here's a schematic of the garden, not to scale, the beds are 16' x 4', and the overall garden is about 40 x 50 or so.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
