You might have some gunk in the carb now if your new fuel line wasn't clean.

A copy paste from someone else:

2. Check the fuel line for a crack or leak. If you have a way to do it, put about 8 to 10 psi of pressure on the fuel line and see if it leaks.

3. Check your intake boot for cracks.

4. Check (or better yet, just go ahead and replace) your impulse hose.

5. Check to make sure the cylinder bolts are tight.

6. Double check your carb rebuild as was mentioned.

7. Start the saw and let it idle, spray carb cleaner around the base of the cylinder and around the intake boot and see if you can find the problem that way.

8. If you still can't find the problem your gonna need to pressure/vacuum test the crank case.

thanks, I'll replace the pulse hose. I suspect the gas tank still has parts of the old hose (is broke apart in there) maybe ill try flushing that out as well.
