My dream house would be far, far, away. With acres of fruit trees and a big garden. Where I could shoot my 25.06 and others right out the back door and not have to worry about it falling on the neighbor's property. With a lake and stream stocked with the good fish, (No CARP or GAR). Then, the shed for all the toys (tractors, bulldozers, trucks, offroad vehciles, boats, planes, and trains)( I mean Equipment needed to keep care of the place).

Canguy is saying that you should think about running electricity. You may not want it now but it can be extremely handy.

For storage use of the shed, people always say "it can never be too big". Some areas have ordinances on how big they can be before you need a permit (10x10, 12x12, etc).

If you plan on it being a a potting shed, I'd try to get as much natural light as possible. They do make greenhouse type kits but my guess is they would be pricier.
