RainBird ESP 4m Rain Sensor Issue

I have the above referenced controller and a Hunter Rain Ckik wireless sensor. I have to run the system in bypass as there is always an alarm light for the sensor whenever the switch is placed in the active position. The wireless receiver is showing a green light, and should not be causing an alarm condition. All wiring from the wireless receiver to the controller is intact. Any ideas how to restore normal operation for the rain sensor? Thank you.

Although I've never had this exact problem my suggestion would be to reset the clock, reprogram and see if that clears up the trouble.

I tried reprogramming the controller with no success. The rain sensor shows good to go and the controller is still showing the alarm light with the sensor indication on the panel. Thanks for your assistance.

My next suggestion would be to call Rainbird and see if they have had any other trouble with your combination of clock and sensor. Another possibility is that your model clock is one of the early ones that had some problems in the circuit board. If it is, there may still be a warranty fix available through Rainbird.

I hope you're still using this forum. I have exactly the same problem with my rainbird/alarm/sensor and wonder whether you ever figured out what the problem was?
