White Kitchen cabinets, chocolate island

I am doing a two toned kitchen with the island being a chocolate color and the rest of the kitchen being white. What color polished porcelin tile should i get? Its more of a transitional kitchen. I was thinking of laying them down in line 12x24 tiles. Also what color granite quartz should i use?

im at the planning phase, i dont have any pictures. Just now that im going with white shaker cabinets with glass squares at the top. I am thinking of doing teh subway tile 12x24 but dont think beige will go. I think i need a more greyish white tile
