My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Zone Controler/Timer Won't Advance

Hi,

I have a 12 year old Rainbird Zone Controller/Timer and recently began having problems. From time-to-time, the sprinklers will not operate, although when you look at the timer it appears to be operating.

The zone currently operating is shown along with the minutes remaining are shown. Everything looks normal, but they're not operating.

Since this is the same for all five zones, I'm thinking that the problem might be with the controller itself and not a wiring problem.

Is it common for a controller/timer to eventually need replacing?
