Toro Electric Start Snow Thrower Won't Start

I inherited a Toro electric start 50:1gas/oil mix snow thrower last year when we moved to CO. I never got it running them=n, and this year, I dumped the old gas and put more in. I plugged it in to start it, and it just cranks and cranks. I primed it, turned on the choke, and nothing. What's the deal?

Remove the cover to gain access to the engine and give the carb a snort of gas mix, NOT ether. If it fires and quits, the fuel system needs to be stripped and thoroughly cleaned. This is a common problem with snow throwers that see infrequent use.
