I don't have the owner's manual to this 20" Delta saw, but can anybody tell me where the adjustment should be for the 3/4" blade that I have on now.

You can see the heavy washer, but there is no arrow. The top of the washer is now at 1/2" and the spring coils are visible above that. I can't turn the knob any more than that. Is the top of the washer supposed to be at 3/4" ??
