Growth from Rootstock

When I was looking a little closer at the DRs that I purchased online from Adeniumrose.com. I noticed one of them had some branching below the graft point. Should I leave it? I believe that it will slow the growth a tad bit from the graft point up. But I'm kinda interested to see if they bloom and if so what color.

Hi JR,
I have this happen on grafted plants as well and I always just rub them off.
It may effect the overall growth by leaving and I would imagine that the root stock is more than likely a pink and not noteworthy to keep to sell for bloom by grower.
Many of the grafted plants have less aggressively growing scions grafted onto them and so I would let everything go to top growth(scion).
