I have a white wrought iron staircase with twisting design in the middle (if you can picture that) inside my smallish home built 1949. I would like to update.... I don't need a huge grand staircase look....just can't decide if I should just paint my staircase black, install a new wood railing with oil rubbed bronze iron balusters or install all new black / oil rubbed bronze wrought iron.
Like to be different maybe I should paint it red-orange??? Help??
