My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I have a baggie full of seeds, from trades etc... that I will not use. Most are not named......ie purple Liatris, red Poppy.... Would anyone want them for SASBE? If so the first person to post here and then e-mail me to get my address is the winner. ;) Just let me know.
