If you can a plant started would be nice and then start some seeds. There are quite a few people in US that sell them and Chris Durham is one of them.
They are easy to start especially with you experience with Plumeria's.
Yes, you do have to be wary of sellers that sell anything.
Cannot remember as to whether Plumeria come true to seed when I was starting them, but Adeniums do not come true, some resemblense or Pink.

and Adenium Rose could tell you what they cost.
Rinoa sells impeccable grafted plants from Taiwan.
You may have to wait awhile for blooms (6mths - 1yr. Or more) when starting from seed.
If there is a particular flower that you like, need to get a grafted plant.

Laura from this group has an amazing collection of Plumeria's and also Adeniums. She is a wealth of knowledge and quite a special person.

Thanks for the tips! I know Chris Durham from plumeria purchases so I will likely go through him. I appreciate your info as it will help me find some starters at a good price from a reliable seller.
