Or, you can just pierce with a knife and cut with scissors. No need to draw a line with a vitamin bottle and get a perfectly straight cut. Mine cuts are crooked as hell but my seedlings don't seem to mind. I just poke drain holes with a steak knife or scissors. Not rocket science.
