My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

They are slipcovered chairs from a local store that recently shut its doors locally in San Juan, PR. I am not sure if they continue in Costa Rica, which was their other location or online. The name of the store is Atmosphere Home. I think you can find a similar chair at Ballard Designs. (online)
