What model?

The model is the Time Cutter Z5020. The engine stays the same, the power/torque drops when in right direction or uphill. Any ideas on how to adjust?

If I recall, there is an adjustment rod to sync in the 2 hydros. I have never done the adjustment. Hopefully there is a manual on toro.com Just enter the 5 digit model # on the parts look up tool and they will also list the manuals there. Is there just 1 traction belt or 2?

looks similar to my cub. Mine has adjustment stops. when you pull the levers in or of the park position and push forward there are stops that adjust the speed by the slot when you put levers in park. Looks like a bolt with a J-nut on it. maybe the j-nut worked loose and the bolt screwed out limiting you hydraulic pressure. You can adjust the pull by the two stops it the mower is pulling to one side or the other. If you follow the lever down to the hydro unit you will see a spring on the bracket, maybe the spring flew off.

Mower has new starter, battery, fuses, coil and starter switch. It started fine the first time after getting it fixed .Now when you turn on the starter switch all it dose is click dadadadad .
