My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I had a floor like this in the past. (or what looked similar to this) I used wide red oak planks and had it site finished with ebony stain. Loved it, however it shows cat hair enough to make you want to vacuum daily!

    Its hard to tell from that picture but I believe those may be long lengths too. That would make sense if these are original floors with some age.
