Yarrow Care

I hope I'm posting this in the correct forum...

I'm a newbie to gardening. I admit it, but I'm trying really hard! My wife brought home a few Yarrow (Achillea millefolium 'Apricot Delight') earlier in the season and we quickly planted them. They are doing great but I'm at a loss as to what to do when fall and winter eventually roll in. I've search the internet to try and find out how to care for them during these seasons, but I'm coming up short. I couldn't find any information or pictures of them in fall/winter. I'm probably looking in all the wrong places. :P

Do I cut them down to the ground? Prune them slightly? Leave them alone? Do they have winter interest? Just trying to think ahead. I really like these little buggers and want to do the best for them so they will come back strong and healthy next year.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice.
