Help in buying tropical fish on internet

I would like to buy some Coryfdoras Dwarf Catfish because of all the good information I have read from many of you.

In my town, the fish stores do not carry these type of fish. They do carry Cory type catfish. But after reading from Raul, the personality of these fish, I thought I would love to have them with my single male Betta. Can any of you recommend a good place on the internet for me to purchase these special mini fish? My tank is 12 gallons fully equiped and with heater. Also Raul, if you happened to read this, I know you mentioned about dealing with tropical fish. Do you sell fish from the internet?

Have you tried seeing if one of the stores can order them for you?

Hi Adrea,
The cost for shipping is not worth it, unless you are buying a special fish. So I am not going to pursue the internet for purchasing fish.

overnight is the best way to ship a live fish and it went way up from a couple years ago. the bsae rate at usps is $17.00+ then adding the weight it goes way up.

you could probably get a common cory cat just for the usefulness of it at a local store and it would only be benificial. they are like the bettas in that they dont need a large supply of oxygen to survive. actually those type of fish should even be safe to ship priority but still with the water wieght, it would be at least the new flat rate $7.70.
