Geez I was going to say my containers are buried under 2 feet of snow so if there are sprouts I won't know till they melt!

Makes you feel good to see baby sprouts even if they're inside, doesn't it? So far this year, I haven't lost a whole pot full, bottom water and mist the top with diluted hydrogen peroxide.

I'm not peeking on anything outside yet and was wondering if I should shovel some snow over the ones I just set out which I might do as I need to make sure they stay moist and don't sprout too soon. It's supposed to be in the 20's for days on end here and dip lower at night. Surprisingly, when the sun is out, there is melting (or evaporation) where it is sunny even at 19 degrees.

I hope I can get everything planted before any start sprouting outside because once they start, I have to watch them more closely.
