Approximately 40 years ago, I visited Slocum's Water Gardens in Florida just as he had finished planting a vat of a beautiful corkscrew val. The leaves were over 3/8" wide and very tightly twisted - almost 2 full turns in 6". I have never seen this plant in a pet shop. Does anyone know if it still exists?
