If bark is what you are after, all will be smooth and gray and moderately exfoliating, but will lack the color of 'Natchez' and others. 'Muskogee' is just like 'Natchez' but without the outstanding bark.

My experience here in central VA is that Dynamite is better than the other two in mildew resistance. Dynamite will however come out pink or even white in cooler, cloudy, wet weather. Red Rocket will not do it as much, but Centennial Spirit has not done it all for me. Full sun and hot weather will ensure the brightest colors. If weather was always hot and sunny, Dynamite would have the best color (literally fire-engine red) , while Red Rocket would be a cherry red/crimson red (a tad bit deeper than Dynamite) and Centennial Spirit just a decent red. Size and growth habit are both very similar, however Red Rocket seems to grow more straight up than Dynamite, at least when young. New growth on both Dynamite and Red Rocket is similar, but Centennial Spirit is not showy.

My 'Dynamite' has done well, well, other than dieing back to the ground after the Winter. I don't really expect it to grow much here in KCMO. It does well and flowers well though. The flowers seem to last forever. It hasn't flowered yet, but it likely will start to flower in about a week or 2 and stop flowering around the end of Sept.
It has always been a nice red, I don't ever remember seeing a Pink or White here.

Red Rocket vs Dynamite Crape Myrtle: What Is The Difference Between Them?

It was a while ago but Dynamite died to the ground here in kcmo. It would make a decent recurring shrub here if one is into that. I was a bit more naive and optimistic about it then. Dynamite is pretty but I think zone 7b minimum should be recommended myself. The box store kinda relies on customers that don't know zones, just them thinking, "it's sold here, it must grow here". If you get it here, save the receipt. 😂

Our Red Rockets have not had a mildew problem and overall we’re pleased with them. The flowers will have some light colored petals if they open on a cloudy day, but we usually have plenty of red blooms. We didn’t think about how the sun hits our beds when we chose them, so the neighbors have the best blooms facing them, but we still get a good show in the summer. Like all crape myrtles they sucker like crazy, so expect to spend some time removing the suckers every year.
