Hi wewa, my advice to find honest customer reviews is facebook - you get many customers good and bad reviews and they are all honest and talk about service and quality issues. Most major manufacturers have a facebook page and custoemrs are contanlty posting on them. Especially when it comes to high end appliances and being able to get service and learning what quality issues the brand may have, this is very important and many other high end appliances have a lot of service issues since they are mostly manufactured out of the country. Sub-Zero and Wolf are manufactured in the US and we have local service companies to deal with any issue that may come up. Regarding your other question, the main reson people like a wall oven is because you dont have to bend down as much as with a full size range. It also depends if you are doing gas or electric, and the look you are going for. In my experience with customers - if you do a lot of cooking and entertaining then go with the double wall ovens.

I think how you see yourself using your kitchen well point you in the right direction for your selection. Do you cook a lot of large meals that require two full sized ovens in use simultaneously often?

I find that one full size and one half size works for me.
