My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
I grew mine inside over a winter and found that it did not appreciate the lack of humidity in the house. I moved it back out to my greenhouse and its much happier.
I had a similar experience with my gloriosum, but what I really liked about it was that it rebounded very quickly once I provided extra humidity. If you can get it by a fairly well lit window and provide it some humidity perhaps by setting the pot over a gravel/water filled tray and bring it along until you can take it outside I'd at least give it a try. It is such a beautiful philo that it is well worth the effort. I once grew Anthurium amnicola, a plant that grows on boulders in streams in Panama, on a kitchen window sill and had enormous success, even pollinating it and seeing it set fruit. Probably unheard of for a reputedly delicate tropical stream dwelling plant! But I share the story to encourage you to try to grow this beauty! Javi
