Yes, pot it up to a larger pot. The larger the pot the larger the plant will get and not be stunted. Any size pot you wish. I use large tubs for mine.

I use Superthrive and Fish Emulsion fertlizer.

Any good potting soil will do. I then mulch mine with a 1/2" layer of pea gravel.

Ways to over-winter:

Store pot dry in an area that does not get below 40 degrees.

Remove corm and allow to dry then wrap in newspaper and store in a cool, dark place. Even under your bed is fine if your bedroom is not overly warm in the winter.

Bring the pot into a warm greenhouse, sunroom, or sunny spot in your house and grow on through the winter. It will go semi-dormant but will perk up come spring. DO NOT OVER-WATER at this period as you can rot the corm. Just allow to stay nearly, but not quite dry.
