Yes that is one pretty azalea. I don't know about 'saving' it though. Take out dead branches, maybe trim back a *few* of the larger ones. I'd pay more attention to growing conditions esp. of the soil - is it draining? does it get too dry? has it ever been fertilized or mulched with compost? is it being shaded out by trees that have grown up around it?

Isolated dead branches, as opposed to generalized wilting all over the plant, is often a symptom of verticillium root rot, which prefers soils that alternate between too dry and too wet. No cure, just change the soil moisture conditions.
