Every aspect of these units can be looked at in detail, and actual products specified according to your budget. You can take these from looking ordinary to extraordinary! Great potential.

I agree with Cynthia. You can build a relationship with a local designer (s) that will benefit both you and your potential customers. I work with builders and developers and we had one upscale project where the developer offered the blank floor plan with the ability of the buyer to create their own interior spaces with a few items -like the garage and elevator in a fixed position. One client wanted to "duplicate her existing kitchen "exactly" in their new retirement condo.

If you are looking to change the materials and keep the layout the same, why not give some options to the potential buyers?

I could critique your existing choices from my taste perspective. I like the modern look on the outside. Is that something that draws customers in your area? I would have chosen a bolder color on the base of the units rather than white. I also would not have put the doors of the units so close. In fact, angling one door makes intrude so much more into the other's "personal" space. One unit entry looks like a utility entrance. Not really that attractive.

On the interior, I would not have put the small tile on the backsplash. There just isn't enough of it. A better choice in my opinion would be to continue the counter surface material up the wall. The counter and brackets look thin. An edging that gives an impression of more weight would have been better.

The small prefab shower has over the top fittings and it just doesn't seem right. I guess though that some buyers will like the idea of getting blasted in the shower, but I can't imagine the glass unit holding up for a very long time without leaking. You used the same tile as in the kitchen for the backsplash, but why not continue it up another couple of inches so it seems to go up behind the mirror?
