which tile for backsplash?

this is the granite, and a before pic of the ugly tin the previous owner put up. granite is very busy, I would like something clean. first is onyx, i found it in a subway version that i would go woth but no pic, second is a stone and third is a beige/bone subway tile. which goes best? thank you!

    They all would work, but I like the stone, best., It's simple, but with that very subtle texture, it looks nice against the bolder texture in your granite. The onyx, while I love it, just brings in too much more pattern. And the tile is just a bit too sterile against the highly textured granite ... almost makes you notice it more.
