My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The stone is a local Santa barbara sandstone. It is used extensively for walls and cladding here. Hope that helps.

    Thank you! I love the tones. Is there a name of the color palate or a close up to try to match? If it is not a bother who makes the hinged windows ( or doors?)?

    Hinged windows were made custom at a local mill here. The SB Sandstone comes in colors ranging from pinkish to gray green. The stones here were selected to stay in more of the warmer color range
